General policy
Registration fees paid for athletics meet participation are generally non-refundable once the registration has been successfully confirmed.
When a refund may apply
- Cancellation of the Meet: If the organiser cancels the entire meet, eligible registration fees may be refunded to the original payment method.
- Cancellation of an Event: If an individual event is cancelled by the organiser, the entry fee paid for that cancelled event may be refunded.
- Postponement: If the meet is postponed, registrations may be transferred to the rescheduled date. Athletes who are unable to participate on the rescheduled date may request a refund within the period announced by the organiser.
- Duplicate Payment: Verified duplicate payments for the same registration will be eligible for refund.
- Payment Issues: Payments debited from an athlete's account but not successfully recorded as a completed registration will be subject to payment reconciliation and verification.
Non-refundable situations
No refund will normally be provided for an athlete's voluntary withdrawal, non-attendance, change of plans, or incorrect event selection after registration has been confirmed.
Refund method
Refunds, where applicable, will normally be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Exceptional cases
The organiser reserves the right to review exceptional cases individually.
